
Last week for our new weekly recipe, we made "Three Cheese & Sage Ravioli". I know this doesn't look that appetizing but it was tasty. Maybe I should ask others how they take pics of their food.
Overall, the ravioli was ok and a quick recipe to make, but I would definitely change several things (like take out the goat cheese. I now know that I am not a fan). Oh well, maybe today's new recipe will be better. I'm making Manicotti. I'll let you know how this week's recipe goes. Wish me luck!
