Junior's goodbye?

This past Sunday, we went to the last Mariner game for the 2009 season. Was this Griffey's last game? Who knows? I hope not. Junior has helped change the face of the Mariner team and it's always good to see him up to bat. It was also Felix's last chance to get a win to help him get that Cy Young Award.


Here is Felix warming up. Mariners played great and they got the "W" for Felix. Great job!

After the game, the whole team took a walk around the field to wave goodbye & thanks to all their fans. In the center is Don Wakamatsu the Mariner manager.


Right before they exited, they boosted Griffey & Ichiro on top of some player shoulders. It was great fareway.

Great job Mariners. See you in 2010!!!
